David J. Cooney, Partner

Dave joined Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company in February 1997. From 1995 to 1997, he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney in New York, specializing in public offerings and mergers and acquisitions for healthcare companies.

Dave serves or has served on the board of directors of a number of public and private healthcare companies including ISG Holdings, Reichert, and the MED Group.

Dave received a B.S. degree in history from the University of Illinois and an M.P.P. in international finance from Georgetown University.
