William G. Petty, Jr., Partner

Bill is a founding principal of Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company. He has an extensive background directing a variety of investment and operating activities in the healthcare services industry. In 1985, he Co-founded Omega Capital Ltd., (Omega) a private investment fund focused on the healthcare industry. In 1986 Omega formed Omega Healthcare investors (OHI-NYSE). From 1988 to 1995, Bill was a founder or senior executive of three publicly owned healthcare service companies: Evergreen Healthcare, Inc. (EHI-NYSE-Chairman/CEO), Forum Group, Inc. (FOUR-NASDAQ-Member of the Executive Committee); and Alterra Healthcare, Inc. (ALI-AMEX-Chairman/CEO).

Bill serves or has served on the board of directors of Omega Healthcare Investors, Evergreen Healthcare, Inc., Forum Group, Inc,. Alterra Healthcare, Inc, Axentis, LLC, Complient, Inc., DentalCare Partners, Inc., Genezen Healthcare, and Take Care Health Systems.

Bill received a B.S. degree in business from the University of Illinois.
