The Company provides on-site healthcare services including recruiting and credentialing of medical personnel, management of off-site care, implementation of clinical pathways and disease management programs, utilization and other data reporting, and complete pharmacy services at 534 facilities across the country serving approximately 345,000 inmates in 27 states.
Genezen Healthcare, Inc. provided turnkey pharmacy and infusion services to patients afflicted with chronic diseases. The company’s initial focus was on the provision of Remicade® to patients suffering from either rheumatoid arthritis (“RA”) or Crohn’s disease. Genezen Healthcare was sold in September 2007.
Heartland Information Services, Inc. provides full service turn-key medical transcription solutions to hospitals and physician groups in the United States. Heartland is one of the larger medical transcription service organizations in the United States and a market leader in offshore transcription. The Company provides industry-leading quality and customer support as well as capacity and scalability through its home-based medical transcription force in India. Heartland Information Services was sold to Transcend in October 2010.
The Hygenic Corporation is a leading manufacturer and distributor of rubber, latex and synthetic products for the physical rehabilitation, dental and specialty healthcare sectors. The Company is best known for its Thera-Band® line of color-coded resistive exercise bands, tubing and balls. Hygenic also manufactures a variety of natural and synthetic products for private label including dental dams, tourniquet straps, sanitary tubing and veterinary health products. In May 2006, Hygenic purchased Performance Health, Inc. which manufactures BIOFREEZE®, a leading topical analgesic sold into the physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage markets. In April 2007 Hygenic was sold to the Cortec Group Fund IV, L.P.

In November 2010, Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. purchased The Med Group.
Origin Healthcare Solutions provided revenue cycle management services (i.e., billing and claims management services) and business analytics, practice management and electronic medical records software to physician practices. Origin provided software and services to over 50,000 physicians in 24 states. Origin was sold in November 2014.

Sirona is organized into four product divisions: Dental CAD/CAM Systems, Imaging Systems, Treatment Units (dental chairs and supporting systems), and Instruments. Worldwide, Sirona holds the #1 market position in dental CAD/CAM and imaging systems, the #2 market position in treatment units (#1 in Europe), and the #3 market position in dental instruments. Sirona Dental Systems was sold in February 2012.
Take Care Health Systems, Inc. operates nurse practitioner-staffed primary care clinics located in high-traffic retail pharmacy stores. The Company’s in-store primary care clinics provide cost-effective, convenient access to quality healthcare for families and special populations, including the under-insured and Medicare and Medicaid recipients. The Company utilizes nurse practitioners to offer patients primary care diagnostic and treatment services, and prescriptions for common ailments. The Company has secured exclusive regional contracts with Walgreens and the Jean Coutu Group (Brooks/Eckerd Pharmacy). In May 2007, Walgreens acquired Take Care Health Systems, Inc.
TIDI® Products is the leading manufacturer of disposable infection control products to the primary care, acute care, medical and dental markets. The Company has a full-service offering of over 1,800 finished good product SKUs in numerous sizes, colors and substrates, including medical exam table paper, drape sheets and gowns and dental tray covers, headrest covers and bibs. TIDI distributes its products through a world-class distribution network with which the Company has long-standing relationships that average over 20 years. TIDI was sold in July 2012.
