David is a Principal at BPOC, having joined in 2017. Prior to BPOC, David was a Senior Associate at PNC Riverarch Capital where he was responsible for the evaluation and execution of private equity transactions. David began his career as an Analyst at Croft & Bender, a middle market investment bank focused on M&A and capital raising services.
David serves or has served on the Board of Directors of D4C Dental Brands, Zenith American Solutions, Bridgeway Benefit Technologies, Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, Medicus, and Health Management Associates.
David received a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
