About Michael 
Mike is an Operating Partner at BPOC focused on financial operations. Mike is a senior finance executive with a track record of success in public companies and as CFO for numerous private equity-backed companies across a diverse set of industries. He has provided leadership over all aspects of finance, including acquisitions and leveraged finance.
Following over 20 years in senior finance roles with large public companies, Mike has partnered with ten private equity sponsors as CFO of seven companies in a variety of industries, including printing, packaging, technology, healthcare outsourcing, agriculture, and healthcare provider services. Mike was the CFO at Medical Solutions during BPOC's ownership. He has built many high performing finance teams, supported numerous acquisitions and their integrations, and impacted meaningfully financial, HR, IT, procurement, and legal processes and organizational structures.
Mike is a C.P.A. who holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Texas. He has been on the Board of Directors for several commercial ventures and is past president of the Nebraska Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI).
