About Nick
Nick is an Operating Partner at BPOC focused on information technology and AI. Nick is a healthcare technology entrepreneur, operator, and advisor with more than two decades of experience helping healthcare organizations use technology to improve performance, reduce risk, and better support patient care. Nick founded Path Forward IT in 2002 to serve healthcare providers through practical, high-impact technology solutions, with particular depth in specialty healthcare, patient access, clinical applications, cybersecurity, and healthcare IT operations.
Building on that experience, Nick later developed LYP Contact Center, a healthcare-focused BPO, and PatientSync, a healthcare software company. Both businesses were rooted in his belief that technology should directly enable the business of healthcare. Nick's work has consistently focused on solving the operational problems that sit at the intersection of patients, providers, workflows, systems, and growth.
Over his career, Nick has served as a foundational or fractional CIO/CTO for more than a dozen businesses, bringing a builder’s perspective to technology strategy. Today, he serves as Founder and CEO of Blue Alliance, an MSP platform, and is helping lead the development of Path Forward IT’s AI practice, focused on practical, secure, and operationally useful AI adoption in healthcare.
