About Troy
About Troy
Troy is a Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at BPOC, having joined in 2007. Prior to joining BPOC, Troy was a Vice President with Edgewater Growth Capital Partners where he was responsible for executing private equity transactions and leading due diligence activities. Previously, Troy served as an Associate with Frontenac Company. Troy began his career in New York as an Analyst in BT Alex Brown’s investment banking division.
Troy serves or has served on the Board of Directors of Alliance Clinical Network (fka Atlas Clinical Research), Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, Corizon, Bridgeway Benefit Technologies, EMSI, Genoa Healthcare, Health-E Commerce, Home Care Delivered, VytlOne (formerly known as Maxor National Pharmacy Services), Preferred Homecare, RSA Medical, and Zenith American Solutions.
Troy also serves as BPOC’s representative on the board of the Illinois Venture Capital Association (IVCA).
Troy received a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in finance and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Troy has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
