The BPOC Leadership Academy develops the next generation of leaders across our portfolio. Our proprietary cirriculum, developed in partnership with Mirrorbox Leadership Lab, enables leaders to learn new skills and apply them within their companies. The Academy also provides leaders an opportunity to create a peer network with a diverse group of executives, fueling a network effect of experience and value creation.
